らなるヘツドレストステーホルダを備え、該ヘツ
ドレストステーホルダは中央部の円筒状のホルダ
本体と、該ホルダ本体の上部に設けられたフラン
ジ部とを有し、該フランジ部の上端よりホルダ本
体側に延びる一対のスリツト部が形成され、該一
対のスリツト部に囲まれた部分が弾性を有するロ
ツク片に形成され、該ロツク片の上部にシートバ
ツクの上部に突出する操作部が形成され、前記ロ
ツク片が前記ヘツドレストステーに形成されたロ
ツク溝に係合し得るようになされ、前記操作部を
ロツク片の弾性に抗して外方に押圧することによ
り前記ロツク片とロツク溝との係合を解除し得る
ようになされていることを特徴とするヘツドレス
