なる薄板を、上記各柱部および各はり部のいずれ
の軸方向とも直交する方向に複数枚重ね合わせて
形成されているとともに、上記レバーは、少くと
も上記弾性的連結部とともに上記ロバーバル機構
を形成する薄板と同一の線膨張係数を有する薄板
で一体的に形成されていることを特徴とする電子
