Claims (1)
両端部から略垂直方向に突設された弾性体で成る
一対の駆動足とによつて構成された移動子と、該
移動子に固定されて前記両駆動足に振動を与える
圧電振動子又は電歪振動子とから成る超音波リニ
アモータをレール上を走行可能に支持した構造に
おいて、 前記移動子を囲繞するハウジングと、該ハウジ
ングの上側部に一端が支持されて前記移動子をレ
ール側へ押圧する付勢力を保持するスプリング手
段と、一端が前記ハウジングの下側部に支持され
て前記移動子と反対側のレール面に当接するベア
リング部とを具備したことを特徴とする超音波リ
