The fluorescent paint such as main pigment of inorganic and organic phosphor is kneaded with vehicle and the mark display 2 is constituted. When laser beam 3 is irradiated on the mark display 2, phosphor luminesces, a mark display recognition device 4 receives its reflected light and the mark of the semiconductor package 1 can be read. Therefore, the mark display 2 can clearly be recognized.
