側に付勢する第３の付勢部材とを有し、 前記セツトレバが所定方向に所定量回動すると
前記コントロールカムの保持部に前記コントロー
ルピンが保持されて前記セツトレバが位置決めさ
れ、さらに同一方向に所定量回動すると前記コン
トロールピンが前記コントロールカムの保持部か
