Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable a sufficient performance of motion and aerodynamic stability performance to be attained by a method wherein two kinds of developed wings of a missile are developed after launching by operating a gas cylinder with a pressure of gas of output chemicals and further with a twisting torque stored in a torsion bar after a predetermined delay time. CONSTITUTION: There are provided a steering device stored in an airframe 1, developed steering wings 2 steered by the steering device and a developed stability wing 3 fixed to the airframe 1, wherein both developed wings are stored by a lock device 7 arranged at each of the wings. After launching from a master airplane, a time delaying chemical 19 and an output chemical 20 are ignited by an ignition plug 18 after elapsing a predetermined delay in time, a piston 15 ascends with energy of combustion gas 22 generated by the output chemical 20. When it is pulled out of a hole 16 arranged at the developed stability wing 3, the developed stability wing 3 is developed by a force of the twisting torque stored in a torsion bar through a gear 13.
