Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate a clutch, to improve control characteristics of a servo system, and to reduce the weight of a device, by providing a moving mechanism which moves a pin body in either of an axial direction or the radial direction of a pin train formed by the pin bodies. CONSTITUTION:An annular groove 22 is formed in a casing 2, a slide plate 24 airtightly engaged with the annular groove and axially slidable is provided, and energization is effected through the force of a spring 26. Meanwhile, an air pressure is introduced through a through-hole 27, formed in the casing 2, by means of an air tube 29. Meanwhile, a pin 10 is secured on the inner peripheral surface of a slide plate 24, and axially slidably mounted to the casing 2. In which case, when an air pressure is not introduced in the through-hole 27, the slide plate 24 is pushed through the force of the spring 26, the pin 10 is moved to a normal position. When the air pressure is introduced, the pin 10 is moved togetherwith the slide plate 24, and connection between output shafts 3 and 11 is disconnected. This constitution eliminates a clutch device, reduces the weight of a device, and enables improvement of control characteristics of a servo system.
