Claims (1)
- 流入路１および流出路２に流入弁３および流出
弁４をそれぞれ介して連通するポンプ室Ａ内にダ
イヤフラム５を張設するとともに、非圧縮性流体
Ｂによりダイヤフラム５を伸縮させるようにして
構成したダイヤフラムポンプにおいて、前記非圧
縮性流体Ｂを充填する側のポンプ室Ａ内に、エア
を送排気調節できる流量コントローラ６を連通連
設して構成したことを特徴とする可変容量形ダイ
ヤフラムポンプ装置。
