説明図である。第３図は従来の鋼管自動溶接装置
の斜視図、第４図は被溶接鋼管の帯磁によるアー
ク偏向を示す第３図の―に沿つた横断面図、
第５図は第３図における被溶接鋼管の磁界方向の
例を示す説明図である。 １…被溶接鋼管、２…周溶接開先、３…タング
ステン電極、４…溶接ヘツド、５…ヘツド回転治
具、８…磁界打消コイル、９…磁界打消用電源、
１０…出力電流調整器、１１…極性切替スイツチ
。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被溶接鋼管の外周に回転可能に装着された環状
    のヘツド回転治具と、同ヘツド回転治具に搭載さ
    れ溶接電極を上記被溶接鋼管の周溶接開先へ向け
    突出している溶接ヘツドと、上記被溶接鋼管の外
    周に巻回された磁界打消コイルと、同磁界打消コ
    イルに極性及び強弱変更可能な直流電流を供給す
    る電源装置とを具えたことを特徴とする鋼管自動
    溶接装置。
