Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1 側面裁断刃と割目切込刃とを間隔板を介して
積層するとともに上記側面裁断刃の両端部に端面
裁断刃を連設して成り機枠に往復自在に取付けら
れた往復刃物と、上記往復刃物に連結され該往復
刃物を往復駆動する駆動装置と、上記割目切込刃
の両側に配置され上記機枠に固設された割箸排出
棒と、上記往復刃物の刃先に対向する支承面を有
し上記機枠に取付けられた支承板と、上記機枠に
取付けられ素材を上記支承面部分へ案内するガイ
ドと、上記支承面の直下部に設けられ上記素材の
下端面を支承する上下調節自在なストツパとをそ
なえて成る割箸製造装置。 2 ストツパが往復刃物に取付けてある特許請求
の範囲第1項記載の割箸製造装置。 3 ストツパが機枠に取付けてある特許請求の範
囲第1項記載の割箸製造装置。 4 側面裁断刃と割目切込刃とを間隔板を介して
積層するとともに上記側面裁断刃の両端部に端面
裁断刃を連設して成り機枠に往復自在に取付けら
れた往復刃物と、上記往復刃物に連結され該往復
刃物を往復駆動する駆動装置と、上記割目切込刃
の両側に配置され上記機枠に固設された割箸排出
棒と、上記往復刃物の刃先に対向する支承面を有
し上記機枠に取付けられた支承板と、上記機枠に
取付けられ素材を上記支承面部分へ案内するガイ
ドと、上記支承面の直下部に設けられ上記素材の
下端面を支承する上下調節自在なストツパと、上
記往復刃物の往復方向に走行する複数条の紐体を
搬送体とし上記支承面の下方から側方に延びるコ
ンベアとから成る割箸製造装置。 5 ストツパが往復刃物に取付けてある特許請求
の範囲第4項記載の割箸製造装置。 6 ストツパが機枠に取付けてある特許請求の範
囲第4項記載の割箸製造装置。
[Scope of Claims] 1. The disposable chopstick manufacturing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the stopper is attached to a reciprocating cutter. 3. The disposable chopstick manufacturing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the stopper is attached to the machine frame. 4. A reciprocating cutter, which is constructed by stacking a side cutting blade and a splitting cutting blade via a spacer plate, and having end cutting blades connected to both ends of the side cutting blade, and is attached to the machine frame so as to be reciprocatable; A drive device connected to the reciprocating cutter and reciprocating the reciprocating cutter, a disposable chopstick ejecting rod arranged on both sides of the split cutting blade and fixed to the machine frame, and a support opposing the cutting edge of the reciprocating cutter. a support plate having a surface and attached to the machine frame; a guide attached to the machine frame to guide the material to the support surface; and a guide provided directly below the support surface to support the lower end surface of the material. A disposable chopstick manufacturing device comprising a vertically adjustable stopper and a conveyor extending laterally from below the supporting surface using a plurality of cords running in the reciprocating direction of the reciprocating blade as a conveyor. 5. The disposable chopstick manufacturing apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the stopper is attached to the reciprocating cutter. 6. The disposable chopstick manufacturing apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the stopper is attached to the machine frame.
