Claims (1)
- ポンプ作動部を有するポンプ本体内に形成した
センサ室に前記ポンプ作動部の移動位置を検出し
てこのポンプ作動部の動作を切換作動させる近接
センサを配設し、この近接センサを配設したセン
サ室にこの近接センサを冷却する冷却用気体を流
動させる流路を形成したことを特徴とする高温用
空気駆動ポンプ。
