の協働により線材Wを切断するカツテイングツー
ル13がスライド14に着脱自在に取付けられ、
このスライド14は前壁2に対して上下動自在と
なされ、このスライド14の下部に連結棒15が
枢着され、この連結棒15の下端に揺動レバー1
6の左端が枢着され、この揺動レバー16はその
長さの中間において支軸17を介して前壁2に取
付けられ、この揺動レバー16の右部には長孔1
8が形成され、この長孔18に、摺動棒19の上

摺動棒19、揺動レバー16、連結棒15、スラ
イド14を介して、カツテイングツール13が作
動させられるようになされている。
