Abstract
PURPOSE:To contrive to improve processability and working efficiency, by providing a turning-over guide fixing a turned-over end of a liner on an opening facing in a pipeline of a sealed container, an air-feeding apparatus encapsulating air of a specific pressure in the turning-over guide and a sealing mechanism sealing inserting part of the liner in turning-over guide. CONSTITUTION:When air of specific pressure is fed in a sealed spaces in a turning-over guide 4 from a pipe 15 through a valve 17 by driving an air compressor 13, a liner 1 is successively inserted in a superannuated pipe 6 while it is turned over by receiving this air pressure. At the same time, the liner 1 prepared on the ground is inserted in the turning-over guide 4 through a guide roller 20 and through inside of a packing 8 and a spray-like lubricating oil is injected on the outer circumference of the liner 1 from an injector 22 to reduce abrasive friction between said liner 1 and the packing 8. The liner 1 introduced in the sealed space S in the turning-over guide 4 is successively turned over and inserted under such a condition that it is floated on water 24 stored in the lower part of the sealed space S.
