Claims (1)
- 透光性基板の主面に複数の表示セグメント陽極
とこの陽極への給電線とが配設され、前記陽極上
に所望の表示パターンの螢光体層が塗布され、前
記陽極と前記給電線とが透明導電膜とこれより小
さい面積の金属薄膜との積層膜から成る螢光表示
管において、前記金属薄膜のパターンが、線幅３
０μｍ以下の線状で、かつ前記透明導電膜の周縁
部に積層されていることを特徴とする螢光表示管
。
