一次空気ノズルとを有し壁面が耐火材で形成され
た予燃焼室と同予燃焼室に連通し複数の二次空気
ノズルを有する主燃焼室とを備えたガス化燃焼装
置において、前記予燃焼室と前記主燃焼室との連
通部に多孔性隔壁を設けるとともに、かつ前記複
数の二次空気ノズルを前記主燃焼室内のガス流れ
に旋回流を与えるように前記多孔性隔壁の下流側
に近接して前記ガス流れに直交する面において前
記ガス流れの中心を中心とする円の接線方向に向
