コネクタとからなり、該コネクタには、該軸室の
内壁面に沿つて該コネクタを軸線方向及び回転方
向に摺動させるための摺動案内部と、該軸線方向
に直角に左右のいずれか又はその両方に伸長した
翼状のコネクタ係止部とを形成し、該コネクタと
該弁室の底部との間にコイルばねを装着し、前記
コネクタ係止部のハンドル側に位置させて該弁室
内にロツキングプレートを固定し、該ロツキング
プレートの前記コネクタ係止部に対向する側には
、該コネクタ係止部が回転方向に摺動する摺動平
