A vacuum absorbing hole 12 communicating with a vacuum pump and a vacuum chack is provided at the bottom of the spacer fitting groove 11, and the spacers 21d and 21e fitted into the spacer fitting groove 11 are made into vacuum and fitted through the vacuum absorbing hole 12. Thus, the spacers 21d and 21e are easily and correctly positioned, and even during the rotation of the turntable 24, the dislocation of the spacers 21d and 21e is not generated.
