Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は育苗箱、特に木質系板状物の組立て品
であつて、稚苗用として好適な育苗箱に関するも

木質系の育苗箱としては、合板か繊維板を底板
とし、底板の周囲上面に取付ける枠板は挽材とし

とで透孔を形成し、また底板が繊維板の場合には
その底板全面に3mm程度の孔を多数穿孔して、育
苗箱に通気性や排水機能を付与していることは従
来公知である。しかし枠板に前記したような切込
み部を設けて透孔を形成させる構成も、或いは底
板全面に穿孔する構成も、共に比較的手数を多く
要するものであつたし、特に後者は育苗ラツクの
棚板上に載置するような使用法だと、切角孔を穿
設しても、穿孔本来の目的であつた通気性や排水

うに向けた底板の長手方向の両側部には内側から
外側に向けて傾斜させた削り取り個所を適宜の間

き、底板1は湿式法によつて得た繊維板となし、
かつ網目を上面に向けて使用することとした。底
板1の大きさとしては通常約1尺×2尺大であ
る。底板1の長手方向の両側部に適宜間隔で配設
される削り取り個所3は第3図から明らかなよう
に、内側から外側に向けて傾斜させる。傾斜面加
工はグラインダーによる削り取りで容易に行なえ
る。削り取り個所3の大きさの一例を示すと、幅
30mm、長さ20〜25mm、深さは底板1厚さのほぼ半

宜の間隔で配設したから、その加工は簡単で手数
を要せずに簡単にできる。そして全面穿孔しない
ため底板1強度は従来品よりも薄い板厚でも充分
確保でき、その分、軽量化が計れるし経済的でも
ある。また育苗ラツクの棚板上に載置して使用し
ても排水通気性は阻害されないから、稚苗の根痛
みを回避し、発育良好な強い苗が育つ等、本考案
は育苗箱としてその実用的効果の甚だ大なるもの
