図は刃取付体と付勢手段の関係を示す説明図、第
６図はテープを所要量引き出した末期の状態の説
明図、第７図はテープを幅方向に切断した状態の
説明図である。 図中、５は支持体、８ａ，８ｂは軸受片、９は
刃、１１は刃取付体、１９は付勢手段であるバネ
を示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 支持体に軸受片を設け、刃が周囲から突出する
    刃取付体を上記軸受片に回動可能に枢着し、前記
    刃取付体と支持体との間に刃取付体を一方の回動
    方向に付勢して、前記刃取付体の周面から突出す
    る刃を常時は上に向かせない状態にする付勢手段
    を設けたことを特徴とするカツター。
