Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a radial tire not causing uneven abrasion until last stage of traveling by using a steel code, having a specific steel code structure and nearly same diameters of all filaments, in which maximum flexural load/code weight is within a specific range. CONSTITUTION: This radial tire is obtained by using a steel code in which a steel code structure is a structure of (m+n) [m=2-4; n=m+1-6] and all filament diameters are nearly same and maximum flexural load/code weight of code is 40-100 gf/g/m and is capable of maintaining good riding quality in initial stage of traveling as much as possible. Furthermore, the above filament diameter is preferably 0.15-0.20 mm.
