Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain dyeing auxiliaries containing a oligomer having a specific structure, its salt or a cationic oligomer of its quaternary material and capable of exhibiting excellent levelness and improving fastness of dyed material in dyeing of various kinds of fiber product. CONSTITUTION: The dyeing auxiliaries comprise one or more kinds of materials selected from an oligomer represented by formula I [R<1> is a 6-18C alkyl; R<2> and R<6> are each H or methyl; R<3> is CH2 CH2 , CH2 CH2 CH2 or the like; R<4> and R<5> are each H or a 1-3C alkyl; A is a divalent organic group; B is H or a monovalent organic group; X is O or NH; Y is COOR<7> (R<7> is a 1-13C alkyl or a 2-3C hydroxyalkyl) or a group of formula II (R<8> or R<9> are same as the above R<4> or R<5> ), CN or the like; (m) is 2-100; (n) is 0 or 1-100], having long chain alkyl group at molecular ends and having 500-10,000 molecular weight, its organic or inorganic acid salt and a cationic oligomer of its quaternary material. When various kinds of fiber products are dyed, 0.01-5 pts.wt. of the dyeing auxiliaries are added to the dyeing bath of these fiber products to improve washability, abrasion resistance and light resistance of fiber products.
