Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve wrinkle and yellowing-preventive actions by treating a woven fabric with a processing agent consisting of ethyleneurea as a five- membered type methylol compound and a heat reactive type water-soluble urethane as a blocked urethane oligomer. CONSTITUTION: This wrinkle and yellowing-preventing process for a woven fabric is provided by resin-processing a woven fabric (a silk woven fabric) by a pad dry cure method by using a complex processing agent obtained by blending (A) ethyleneurea as a 5-membered type methylol compound expressed by formula I (X is H or OH) with (B) a heat reactive type water soluble urethane of a blocked urethane oligomer expressed by formula II in (A:B)=(4:6)-(6:4) composition ratio as an emulsion, preliminary drying and then heat-treating at 130-150 deg.C.
