- 真空源に接続されワークとの間を負圧に保つて
吸着保持するものにおいて、真空源と吸着パツド
との間に気密に接続され、電動機により回転駆動
されて前記真空源と前記吸着パツドとの間を開閉
する開閉手段を具備することを特徴とする吸着ハ
ンド。
