Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable disposition of a heating wire in an interlayer of a laminated glass in a prescribed pattern, by pressing a heating wire against an interlayer while freely moving a wiring mechanism in horizontal direction and cutting the disposed wire. CONSTITUTION:An end of a heating wire 4 unwound from a bobbin 3 on a frame 2 is collected, passed through a guide roll 12 of a guiding part 10, brought into contact with an electrode roll 13 to effect heat-generation, transferred to a pressing part 20, guided to an interlayer P for a laminated glass, pressed by lowering a pressing electrode 22 and embedded and fixed in the interlayer P. A wiring mechanism 1 is horizontally transferred, the heating wire 4 is electrified and heated between the roll 13 and the electrode 22 and successively pressed against the interlayer P in a prescribed pattern. The pressing part 20 is lifted to interrupt the application of voltage to the heating wire 4, the heating wire 4 is separated from the interlayer P, the mechanism 1 is horizontally transferred, the heating wire is collectively placed on the horizontal part while transferring the base 33 of a cutting part 30 along a guide lever 32, the pressing part 36 is lowered to collectively clamp the heating wire 4 and the wire is cut by operating a cutter 34.
