CONSTITUTION:A detection plate 2 is engaged with a rotational shaft 9 under pressure by means of a transmission gear 3. A reference position signal shutoff gear 4 is set in a fixed shaft 1a of a frame in such a manner that said gear may be positioned over the detection plate 2. Further the reference position signal shutoff gear 4 is engaged with the transmission gear 3, so that the shutoff gear may rotate with the rotational shaft 1 and a detection plate 4 at a rotational count ratio of 1:4. A detection brush for reference position signal 5 is engaged with a protrusion of a cover 10 using caulking. An electric contact part 5a at the tip of the frame is set in touch with the detection plate 2 through a hole part 4b of the reference position signal shutoff gear 4 by fixing the cover to the frame.
