Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve adhesion strength by laminating an elastic layer composed of elastic material having vents onto a basic material layer, and placing polyolefin resin series adhesive between the elastic layer and a surface decolation layer when the surface decolation layer is laminated thereon, then fusing the adhesive. CONSTITUTION:An elastic layer 11 composed of elastic material having vents elastic polyurethane foam is laminated onto the rear face of a surface decolation layer 13 composed of cloth, then a basic material layer 10 composed of polypropylene resin basic material containing wood powder is laminated onto the rear face of the elastic layer 11 thus providing a complex interior material. In such complex interior material, polyolefin resin series adhesive (polyolefin resin series adhesive film) 12 is placed between the surface decolation layer 13 and the elastic layer 11. Then the complex material is subjected to thermal processing from the surface of the cloth 13 through high frequency welder, so as to fuse the polyolefin resin series adhesive film 12 thus adhering the entirety integrally.
