流を維持するオート保持回路と、該オート保持回
路と接続し、前記2つのスイツチが同時に閉成さ
れたときアンド信号を発生するアンド信号検出回
路とからなり、前記オート保持回路は前記アンド
信号が入力されると、前記回転センサが停止して
いても前記電気的接点保持動作部の作動状態が保
持されるよう構成されたことを特徴とするパワー
