Claims (1)
- 所定のメツキ層の厚さと略同一の厚さを有しか
つメツキが施される被処理物表面に当接された非
導電性部材と、該非導電性部材に接続された導電
性部材と、該導電性部材に接続されかつ上記被処
理物表面のメツキ層が所定の厚さになつた時に導
電性部材への通電によつてメツキ処理を停止させ
る制御手段とを備えたことを特徴とするメツキ装
置。
