たナツトを進退可能に螺合し、足場用の接続パイ
プにあけた係止孔に係止する突起を支持材に固定
し、ボルトの回動により筒体にあけた貫通孔より
前記の突起を出入り可能にし、支持材を外方向に
移動させることにより突起を係止孔に係合せしめ
