Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable the easy positioning of a liquid crystal display panel and driving circuit boards with high accuracy by integrally forming the 1st and 2nd driving circuit boards and forming reference holes for mounting, then separating the circuit boards from each other, positioning the same to the liquid crystal display panel thereby packaging the circuit boards. CONSTITUTION:The driving circuit boards 3A, 3B are fixed onto a working table by utilizing the reference holes 5A-1, 5A-2 and the reference holes 5B-1, 5B-2 in the positioning stage at the time of integrally forming the driving circuit boards 3A, 3B, cutting the same at intended cutting lines 16, 17 to separate the driving circuit boards 3A, 3B and mounting the driving circuit boards 3A, 3B to the liquid crystal display panel. The positioning of the liquid crystal display panel and either one of the driving circuit boards 3A, 3B is thus executed. The positioning between the other driving circuit board and the liquid crystal display panel is accordingly exactly executed.
