Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the sliding movement of the placed concrete on a platen by arranging, on the platen, the unit frame bodies in which a plurality of frame pieces extending in longitudinal direction are connected in parallel in the state of gaps being retained in the width-direction of said platen, so that gaps extending in the width- direction of the platen and in between the adjacent unit frame bodies over the longitudinal direction of the platen, are formed. CONSTITUTION:On a platen A, a plurality of frame pieces 1 which extend in longitudinal direction and have both side surfaces 1a and both end surfaces 1b formed into inclined surfaces, are connected by way of connecting pieces 3 over the width-direction of the platen A, while the gaps 2 extending in the longitudinal direction of said platen A is retained. Unit frame bodies B are arranged by way of connecting pieces 5 over the longitudinal direction of the platen A so that the gaps 4 extending in the width direction of the platen A and in between the adjacent unit frame bodies B are formed. When concrete is placed with its movement on the platen A by a concrete placing machine, the placed concrete adheres to the upper surface of the platen A and the side inclined surfaces 1a of each frame piece 1, and simultaneously its movement in the longitudinal direction of the platen A is prevented by the gaps 4 between the adjacent unit frame bodies B in the longitudinal direction, whereby a concrete panel C is molded without breakage even when its thickness is thin.
