Claims (1)
- 成膜されるべき基板を受容するために該基板の
厚さとほぼ同じ深さを有する凹陥部を備えたトレ
イと、該トレイの上に載置され且つ該トレイの凹
陥部内に受容された基板の表面に当接すると共に
形成すべき膜の形状の開口部を備えた比較的薄い
成膜マスクと、上記トレイの両端部に固定可能に
配設され且つ少なくとも一つの金属ワイヤを上記
成膜マスクの開口部以外の部分に押圧せしめるよ
うに支持するワイヤ固定部とを具備していること
を特徴とする、成膜マスクの固定治具。
