Abstract
PURPOSE:To ensure safety by making high voltage not applied to the human body by providing an earth conductor on the peripheral surface of an insulation layer, covering the earth conductor by an insulation covering, and earthing the earth conductor to the hull of a laying vessel when a cable is laid.
