記溶剤の供給流量を検知する流量センサーと、上
記ポンプによる最大供給流量より低い設定流量よ
りも検知流量が少いのを比較判別する比較部と、
この比較部出力により上記モータを高速で回転さ
せる回転数制御手段とを備えたことを特徴とする
