Then the leak magnetic flux 6 in the closed magnetic circuit 12 is detected by a magnetic detector 4 which moves in the lengthwise direction of the closed magnetic circuit 12. Further, magnetic flux 5 flows to the magnetic plate 3 of the closed magnetic circuit 12, so that magnetic flux 15 flows to the subordinate magnetic circuit 13 and magnetic flux 16 flows to the subordinate magnetic circuit 14.
