  1. 往復動軸に摺接して流体の漏れを防止する複数
    のシールリツプを有する往復動用密封装置であつ
    て、前記複数のシールリツプのうち密封すべき流
    体に最も近いシールリツプにシールリツプの緊迫
    力を弱め、シールリツプの内側に流体を導入する
    溝部を設けたことを特徴とする往復動用密封装置
    。
