Claims (1)
- 電油サーボ弁を用いて圧下の位置や圧力を制御
するために、油圧シリンダを駆動させる電油サー
ボ装置において、サーボ弁流入側に設置した電磁
弁を閉じ、ロツド側の電磁弁を開放してロツド側
に油を注入することにより、油圧シリンダのロツ
ドを負荷から急速に開放させることを可能とする
機構を備えたことを特徴とした電油サーボ装置。
