う付け接合されるチユーブプレート3と、を具備
するラジエータタンクのろう付け構造において、
前記本体1の開口端部を外面側に突出する段付き
状に形成すると共に、前記チユーブプレート3の
周縁に環状で断面V字状の溝部4を形成し、該溝
部4の開口縁部で且つ前記チユーブ側の側壁内面
に僅かに互いに独立して突出した複数の座部5を
形成し、前記本体1の前記段付き状の立ち上がり
部6を前記座部5に着座させることにより、該本
体1の開口縁の大部分を前記溝部4の両内側壁か
ら離した状態で、該溝部4と前記本体1の開口端
部とをろう付け固定したことを特徴とするラジエ
ータタンクのろう付け構造。 (2) 前記本体1の開口縁部と前記溝部4の外側
の側壁とのなす角θを10°〜20°とし、その
開口端縁と前記側壁内面との隙間を0.05mm〜
0.2mmとした実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記
