Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a normally cured coated film by spraying a uniform mixture of polyisocyanate component and component containing activated hydrogen atoms, and catalytic liquid separately. CONSTITUTION:Polyisocyanate component A such as urethane polymer having a terminal NCO group which is drived from nonaromatic polyisocyanate and low molecular polyol, and component B containing activated hydrogen atoms (polyamines such as 2,2'-dichloro-3,3'-diaminodiphenyl methane are dissolved and mixed into low molecular polyol) are mixed. This mixture and metallic catalysts such as trimethyltin laurate, trimethyltinhydroxide are sprayed through separate jet nozzles for coating. This results in the prevention of inferior film, not enough curing on the periphery of a spray pattern.
