反移動可能となつた第２金型とを型合せしたとき
に形成されるキヤビテイ内に溶湯を加圧注入する
ようにしたダイカスト装置において、前記第１金
型と前記第２金型との少なくとも一方に前記キヤ
ビテイと前記金型外部とを連通させるガス抜き用
の溝を形成し、前記溝内のガスの流れ方向に沿つ
て伸びる複数の凹凸部が設けられた固定ブロツク
を前記第１金型と前記第２金型の一方に設け、前
記固定ブロツクの凹凸部と所定の隙間を隔てて嵌
合する凹凸部が形成された可動ブロツクを、前記
接近離反移動の方向に対して直角をなしかつ前記
ガスの流れ方向にも直角な方向に移動可能に前記
第１金型と前記第２金型との他方に取付け、前記
固定ブロツクと前記可動ブロツクの一方に位置決
め用のピンを設け、他方に前記ピンが嵌合する位
置決め孔を形成してなるダイカスト用ガス抜き装
