Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a pressing signal even if a pressing point exists in a spacer existence position, by superposing a first touch sensor and a second touch sensor, so that spacer positions of each touch sensor are not superposed. CONSTITUTION:On both sides of a first conductive substrate 10, a second conductive substrate 20 is provided opposingly, and the second conductive substrate 20 is provided with plural lines of strip-shaped conductive layers 22 in parallel in the vertical direction on one face of a substrate 21, and placed so as to be opposed to a conductive layer 2 of the first conductive substrate 10. On both faces of the first conductive substrate 10, dot-like spacers 30 of suitable height and a suitable interval are formed, so that when both the substrates 10, 20 are superposed, the conductive layer 2 and the conductive layer 22 are not brought into contact with each other, unless the second conductive substrate 20 is pressed down. When the second conductive substrate 20 is pressed down, the conductive layer 2 and the conductive layer 22 are brought into contact with each other in its pressed-down part. In such a way, even when a pressure position exists on the spacer of a touch sensor of one stage, a pressure signal is obtained from a touch sensor of the other stage.
