Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate trouble which generates in a mechanical part and improve the reliability of the device and at the same time, improve the dust collection efficiency of a multi-cyclone significantly by removing dust from the main body of the multi-cyclone by means of pressure fluid such as compressed air. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of cyclone main bodies 4 with a dust discharging port 8 provided below are arranged obliquely in a vertical direction, and each discharging port 8 is connected to an ejection pipe 9 arranged in a vertically extended fashion. In each cyclone main body 4, arranged cleaning nozzles 21, conduit pipe 24 which supplies pressure fluid to nozzles 21 and a fluid means which feeds pressure fluid to the conduit pipe 24 are provided. That is, dust is removed by pressure fluid such as compressed air or overheated vapor from the cyclone main body instead of depending on a mechanical means. Thus trouble which is apt to generate in the mechanical part is eliminated to improve the reliability of the device and increase the dust collection efficiency of a multi-cyclone significantly.
