テープの複製を防止するコピー防止装置であつて
、磁気テープ上に録音回数がデジタルオーデイオ
データ以外の予備的データの１つとして記録され
る記録部を有し、録音開始指示を受けて再生側磁
気テープから読み出した録音回数に“１”を加え
るインクリメント手段と、インクリメント手段に
より“＋１”された録音回数を記憶する回数記憶
手段と、コピー許容回数が記憶された許容回数記
憶手段と、回数記憶手段の記憶値が許容回数記憶
手段の記憶値を超えているときは録音禁止手段を
駆動し、かつ超えていないときは回数記憶手段の
記憶値を録音回数として録音側磁気テープの予備
的データの記録部に記録指示すると共に録音指示
をする比較手段とを備えたことを特徴とするコピ
