Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate redialing to a caller by providing an opposite party telephone number storage memory replaceable into the write mode regardless of the presence of line connection and writing a telephone number into the memory in the state of line connection. CONSTITUTION:If an event desiring to terminate a telephone call takes place during talking, the telephone number of the opposite party is registered in a dial storage memory 14 during talking. A registration button 5 is depressed to output a write signal from a control section 6 and to bring the dial storage memory 14 into the write mode and a pushbutton key 3 is used to receive the telephone number obtained from the opposite party in the registration operation, then the telephone number is written in the dial storage memory 14. A written telephone number Q1 is displayed on a display device 15. A signal from a pushbutton key 3 is given to a dialing circuit 18 via a selector 17 and converted into a PB signal, then the control section 6 forms a control signal 6a to make a switch 11 nonconductive to block the dialing output from being sent to a line and a talking circuit.
