Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a composition free from separation of an upper conductor or breakage of wires even if the composition is simultaneously fired by specifying the contents of a fundamental ingredient containing glass powder and an organic vehicle and one or more additives selected from amorphous silica, alumina, titania, silane-based coupling agent and silicone oil. CONSTITUTION:Against 100 weight parts of a fundamental ingredient containing glass powder and an organic vehicle, an amount of additives of one or more kinds selected from amorphous silica, alumina, titania, silane-based coupling agent and silicone oil is made to 0.05-5 weight parts. When the amount of the additives is smaller than this range, upper conductors tend to separate, and if larger, an insulation layer tends to be porous to make electrical reliability poorer and further screen printing property is deteriorated. As a result, selecting the amount of the additives within the said range, a composition free from the separation of the upper conductors or from breakage of the wires is obtained.
