Abstract

Then the transfer drum 11 is rotated faster than the photosensitive drum 5 unless the transferred medium P sticking on the transfer drum 11 opposes to the position of the image information formed on the photosensitive drum 5. Consequently, the transfer time is shortened. Further, any special circuit, etc., need not be added to control the speed of the transfer drum 11, so the device never becomes complicated.
