The background of the glass substrate 4 is visible when the electrodes 2 are the transparent electrodes 2' consisting of the ITO, etc., and the substrate 4 is the translucent substrate consisting of glass, etc. If the background is unnecessary, the glass substrate 4 is provided with a black film on the side where its background is visible.
