体であり、この対向電極と前記表示基体が隣接し
て配置された実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
の放電管。 (5) 導電性面上に、所望の数の開口部を有する
絶縁層を形成し、この開口部を通して導電性面と
導通するように前記絶縁層上に文字電極を形成す
