を電圧として検出する検出回路と、この検出回路
からの電圧と予め設定された基準電圧とを比較し
前記検出回路からの電圧がこの基準電圧より大き
い時に信号を出力する比較回路と、この比較回路
からの信号により駆動され前記電源供給ラインの
電源供給を停止するリレーとを設けたことを特徴
