第2の切替スイツチ、12はリレー、13は回線

は接地線、17は第4の切替スイツチ、20はリ
レーである。

Claims (1)

続する回線に発振器を設け、この発振器と第1の
切替スイツチを介して並列接続された抵抗を設け
、この回線から第2の切替スイツチを介して接地
線を分岐させ、これらの切替スイツチは上記発振
器と直列接続したCTを有する電流検出回路のリ
レーにより連動する構成とし、受電端用機器はケ
ーブルの他端の二つの相端子間を接続する回線を
設け、この回線と第3の切替スイツチを介して並
列接続された抵抗を設け、この回線に第4の切替
スイツチを介して接地線を分岐させ、これらの切
替スイツチは上記回線に設けたCTを有する電流
検出回路のリレーにより連動する構成としたこと
